RETURNS POLICY

WHAT can be returned?

If you are not satisfied with your size or fit, we are happy to exchange or refund if your garment is fit for re-sale, being that is unworn, and has not been soiled, damaged or altered in any way within 14 days of purchase. (Credits or exchanges are given for sale items. No refunds on sale items.)

If you would like to return your purchase, first email the staff at mail@hopeandharvest.com and quote your order number and the reason for return. Do not send your package back until you have received confirmation via email with instructions for your return. so that we can monitor and track your parcel. Your email will be answered the next business day.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

Enclosed in your purchase package, you will find detailed instructions on how and where to return your garment/s if you require a refund or exchange. Once you have recieved your return confirmation from an H&H Team member, will instruct you further if needed.

SHIPPING for returns?

Customers are responsible for the shipping of their returns. If you require an exchange, please enclose a return satchel for the correct weight, so that we can re-ship your exchange out to you.

CREDIT for returns?

Refunds and Credit Notes are for garment/s only and does not include our postage costs. Sale items returned will be given a credit note with a 12 month expiry. No refunds on sale items.

Credits are valid only through the H&H Online Store and are not redeemable for cash.
